VII. Shipping Arrangements
After payment confirmation, orders generally enter the shipping process within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on logistics conditions.
Orders equal to or exceeding £166.30 are not charged additional shipping fees; orders below this amount incur a shipping fee of £7.81.
Delivery may be completed by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with shipment tracking information provided.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery address information are generally borne by the ordering party.

VIII. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
Before shipment (usually within 72 hours after placing an order), users may submit a request to cancel the order.
After shipment, modifications or cancellations are not possible. In such cases, returns, refunds, and exchanges may be handled according to the relevant policies.
Where applicable, users may request a return or exchange within 14 business days after receiving the goods.
Requests must be submitted through support channels with order number, payment proof, and product condition information.
