III. Price Composition and Transparency
The following notes apply to amounts:
Prices displayed on the page include the applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%;
Using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, relevant import taxes and customs clearance costs are included in the price;
The amount shown on the checkout page represents the final total to be paid and clearly displays the fee structure.
IV. Payment Procedure
The payment process generally includes the following steps:
Verify the order details, shipping information, and payable amount;
Select Visa or Mastercard as the payment method;
Enter relevant bank card information;
Confirm and submit the payment request.
After payment is completed, an order confirmation will be generated electronically.
If the payment is unsuccessful, a different bank card may be used to retry, or you may contact the support channels below for assistance.
V. Refund Information
Where eligible, refunds generally follow the rules below:
Refund method: Returned to the original payment method used;
Bank card status: The card used for the refund must remain valid;
Processing time: Refunds typically enter the processing stage within 1–3 business days after approval;
Credit time: The actual time for funds to be credited may take 10–15 business days, depending on the bank’s settlement cycle.
If the refund has not been received after the above timeframe, you may contact support and provide the order number and payment proof for verification.
