Shipping Policy

This policy is intended to describe delivery coverage within the United Kingdom, fee structure, order processing procedures, and related notes. It is recommended to read the following information carefully before placing an order.

I. Delivery Coverage

The current delivery service is available only for shipping addresses within the United Kingdom.

The delivery coverage includes:

Urban and non-urban areas within the UK;

Major inhabited areas of the United Kingdom.

Delivery services outside the United Kingdom are not available at this time.

II. Shipping Fees and Applicable Conditions

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount, according to the following rules:

When the order amount reaches or exceeds £166.30, no separate shipping fee is charged;

For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is £7.81.

Prices displayed on the page include the applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%.

All orders are processed under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, with relevant taxes and import-related costs included in the displayed price.

III. Order Processing and Transit Time

Order processing time is based on the payment confirmation time:

Orders with payment completed before 18:00 on UK business days usually enter the processing workflow on the same day;

Orders with payment completed after 18:00 are generally processed starting on the next business day.

After payment confirmation, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery is handled by third-party logistics providers, which may include DHL, FedEx, or UPS, and shipment tracking is provided.

Under normal circumstances, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, subject to actual transportation conditions.

If delays occur due to objective factors such as weather, traffic conditions, port operations, or customs inspections, relevant information will be provided by email.

IV. Shipment Tracking Information

After the order is dispatched, the following logistics information will be provided via email:

The corresponding order number;

The name of the carrier;

A tracking link for checking shipment status.

Users may use the above information to view delivery progress and the estimated arrival time.

V. Fee Transparency Statement

To ensure clear and transparent pricing:

Prices displayed on the page include UK VAT at 20%;

Shipping fees cover relevant import and handling costs;

The checkout page displays a complete breakdown of applicable charges;

Under the DDP model, no additional fees will be charged beyond those disclosed in advance.

VI. Delivery Inspection and Irregular Situations

Upon receipt of the goods, it is recommended to check whether the outer packaging is intact.

If obvious damage, moisture exposure, deformation, or abnormal sealing is found, photos may be taken for record purposes, and attention should be paid at the time of signing for the delivery.
If the package is received by a third party, it is also recommended to confirm the condition of the packaging before acceptance.

In the following situations, it is recommended to contact the support channels within 48 hours and provide photo or video evidence:

Package loss or incorrect delivery;

Obvious damage to the outer packaging;

Logistics status not updated for an extended period or showing abnormal stagnation.

Subsequent handling will be carried out based on the results of actual verification.

Returns or additional costs caused by inaccurate delivery addresses or contact information are generally the responsibility of the party placing the order.

VII. Order Modification and Cancellation

The following general rules apply to order modification or cancellation:

Before the goods are dispatched (typically within 72 hours after the order is placed), requests to modify shipping information or cancel the order may be submitted;

After the goods have been dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, return, refund, or exchange procedures may be followed in accordance with the relevant policies.
